ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 56,896 ForFarmers shares in the period from April 21, 2015 up to and including April 30, 2015.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 5.09 per share for a total consideration of
€ 289,601. These repurchases were made as part of the 1,500,000 share buy-back scheme announced on April 21, 2015.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 56,896 shares for a total consideration of € 289,601.
