ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 84,396 ForFarmers shares in the period from July 14, 2015 up to and including July 22, 2015.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 5.06 per share for a total consideration of
€ 427,044. These repurchases were made as part of the 1,500,000 share buyback scheme announced on April 21, 2015.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 581,279 shares for a total consideration of € 2,980,603.
