ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 9,141 ForFarmers shares in the period from June 30, 2014 up to and including July 8, 2014.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 3.31 per share for a total consideration of
€ 30,261. These repurchases were made as part of the 250,000 share buyback scheme announced on April 17, 2014.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 241,671 shares for a total consideration of € 796,083.
