ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 9,100 ForFarmers shares in the period from May 28,
2014 up to and including June 9, 2014.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 3.40 per share for a total consideration of
€ 30,940. These repurchases were made as part of the 250,000 share buyback scheme announced on April 17, 2014.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 150,218 shares for a total consideration of € 489,224.
