ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 49,809 ForFarmers shares in the period from June 10, 2014 up to and including June 18, 2014.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 3.36 per share for a total consideration of
€ 167,567. These repurchases were made as part of the 250,000 share buyback scheme announced on April 17, 2014.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 200,027 shares for a total consideration of € 656,790.
