ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 75,744 ForFarmers shares in the period from May 13, 2015 up to and including May 25, 2015.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 5.05 per share for a total consideration of
€ 382,507. These repurchases were made as part of the 1,500,000 share buyback scheme announced on April 21, 2015.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 183.241 shares for a total consideration of € 927,643.
