Our sustainability ambition: working together on sustainable and affordable food

Working together on sustainable and affordable food, that is our dot on the horizon. But you won't reach this dot without a good plan. That is why ForFarmers has clear sustainability ambitions, focusing on environment, society and governance (ESG: environmental, society, governance).

We take our role as a leading player in the sector seriously and see sustainability as a natural part of everything we do. In recent years, we have already achieved a lot and launched great initiatives.

But as an agricultural sector, we face tough challenges. And in this transition, ForFarmers wants to help farmers not only with today's issues, but also to be prepared for what is to come. Together, we will make food production sustainable and affordable!

Our focus is clear

We are committed to reducing our CO₂ footprint by a third.
We also want to increase the use of circular raw materials by a third, meaning 65% of raw materials used should be circular by 2030.
And we are committed to protecting biodiversity. In doing so, we take responsibility for a sustainable future.

Social and governance objectives

ForFarmers works closely with a wide range of partners, including farmers, customers, NGOs, governments, processors, retailers and research organisations. These collaborations are essential to achieve our goals.
