At the basis of our sustainability strategy lies the contact with our stakeholders. We maintain contact on both a continuous and periodic basis, on daily and strategic topics. The standpoint of our stakeholders is key when we are setting our priorities in terms of sustainability.
On a daily, continuous basis, we maintain contacts with various stakeholders in the chain. In addition, we conduct an extensive survey once every few years among our main external and internal stakeholders to obtain and process their feedback and to work this into our so-called materiality matrix. This matrix shows the most important material sustainability themes for ForFarmers and thus helps us to constantly refine our sustainability strategy.
In the intervening years, the ongoing dialogue with stakeholders forms the basis for further refining of the matrix. Thanks to the structural involvement of our stakeholders, we can identify new themes that are important to consider when modifying our strategy.
